Join Central Co-op for an engaging butter-making class facilitated by resident culinary rock stars cheese specialist Roger Bass and dairy/freeze manager Aprille T. Brush-up on your butter lore, get to know what makes butter butter, gain tips about how to use and store the classic condiment, then move to crafting your own with standard kitchen appliances and your skillful hands.
